PC Technician
Job Description:
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers and other peripheral equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance on all computer system
equipment. Candidate must identify, prioritize and resolve Help Desk related issues in a timely manner and demonstrate quality customer service and professionalism.
Skills:
Physically install hard drives, power supplies, memory, video cards, CD/DVD Drives, NIC cards, modems, and other hardware. Identify and fix Windows Operating System problems and
hardware vs. software issues. Experience with setting up home network routers and modems. Be able to configure PCs and Laptops with their home network including wireless setups.
Other:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, peers, other employees, customers, and vendors; communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Be able to follow processes and have good organization skills. Looking for someone who shows initiative and wants to excel his or her IT career.
Jr. Level Network Engineer
Job Description:
Assess, implement,, and configure network architecture and topology, using IP technology. Configure & maintain Firewalls to
implement appropriate security policies. Assess and configure network monitoring, spam filtering, virus blocking
Skills:
Experience in SonicWall or Cisco Firewall configuration. Excellent understanding of TCP/IP Networking, Subnetting, Routing,
and Internet Security. Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
Server Administrator Job Description:
Server Administrator's mission is to manage our business clients operating systems infrastructure according to documented procedure
and policy. Performing regular maintenance to avoid critical server andd operating system issues before they become critical to customers.
Skills:
3-5 years of solid experience in System Administration preferred in any or a combination of Linux, UNIX, HP, Solaris, AIX
Additional experience in MS Windows system administration a plus (Windows 2003 & 2008 Server)
Knowledge over SAN and Netbackup technology a plus
Experience in supporting systems running Oracle Databases and Applications is preferred
Experience with backup schemas, policies and tools is required
